Great peanut butter flavor and one of our best cookies. Delicious!
You will need: 2 sticks (1 cup) butter and one egg.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With an electric mixer, whip softened butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Gradually add contents of package. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop batter by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork in crisscross pattern. Bake 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Makes 36 cookies.
