Our new beer bread mix is so easy to make! Simply add a 12 oz. can of beer to the mix and stir until blended. It bakes dense, rich, flavorful bread that is the perfect accompaniment to our savory dips and olive oil blends.
Note: You can substitute ginger ale, club soda, or lemon-lime soda for the beer. (Bread will be slightly sweeter.)
To make drop biscuits: substitute 12 oz. of buttermilk. Drop onto baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Brush with butter.
Ingredients: Flour (bleached white flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron (reduced), thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, onion, and spices.
