Delicious lemon sugar cookie - great for holidays or any occasion. These cookies have a fresh tart lemon flavor. (Does not include the jar. It will come packaged in a bag. Jars are only available in limited quantities at events.)
You will need: 2 sticks (1 cup) butter and one egg.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine two sticks of softened butter and one egg until well blended. Gradually add contents of the package. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Makes 36 cookies.
Ingredients: Flour (bleached white flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron (reduced), thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, gelatin, lemon, baking soda, vanilla powder, yellow 5 and yellow 6.
