How to Use:
Rub: Pat pork butt dry with paper towel. Season directly or apply a small amount of olive oil before coating generously with the dry rub (very spicy - add to taste!). Refrigerate seasoned meat for up to 12 hours before cooking. Coats up to 6 lbs.
Blackening Seasoning: Use on fish, chicken, or steak for amazing blackened dishes!
Dip (highly addictive!): Blend with 8 oz mayonnaise and 8 oz sour cream. Or try 16 oz sour cream, plain yogurt, or hummus. Chef Jan's favorite: 4 oz (1/2 cup) mayo + 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) sour cream. Perfect with sweet potato fries!
Spread: Combine with 8 oz cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Enjoy warm (microwave 2 minutes) or chilled.
