What You'll Need:
2 sticks (1 cup) butter and one egg
Easy Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: With an electric mixer, whip softened butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well.
Step 3: Gradually add contents of package. (Batter will be stiff.)
Step 4: Drop batter by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 5: Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Do not overbake.
