How to Use:
Bread Dip: Mix with olive oil for a fantastic Italian bread dipping oil!
Seasoning: Use with olive oil to season chicken, steak, vegetables, or roasted potatoes.
Traditional Italian Dressing: Combine with 1/3 cup vinegar, 2/3 cup olive oil (or vegetable oil), and 2 tbsp water.
Classic Dip: Blend with 8 oz mayonnaise and 8 oz sour cream. Or try 16 oz sour cream, plain yogurt, or hummus. Chef Jan's favorite: 4 oz (1/2 cup) mayo + 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) sour cream.
Cracker Spread: Combine with 8 oz cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Enjoy warm (microwave 2 minutes) or chilled.
Party Cheeseball: Blend with 16 oz cream cheese, 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar, and 2 chopped green onions. Optional: add crumbled bacon and roll in 2/3 cup chopped pecans!
Creamy Salad Dressing: Prepare like the dip, then thin to desired consistency with milk or buttermilk.
