GLUTEN-FREE! Great peanut butter flavor and one of our best cookies. Delicious!
You will need: 2 sticks (1 cup) butter and one egg.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine two sticks of softened butter and one egg until well blended. Gradually add contents of package. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork in crisscross pattern. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Makes 36 cookies.
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), sugar, baking soda, vanilla powder.
