Delicious buttery sugar cookie - great for decorating for holidays or any occasion.
You will need: 2 sticks (1 cup) butter and one egg.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With an electric mixer, whip softened butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Gradually add contents of package. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop batter by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Do not overbake. Makes 40 cookies.
Ingredients: Flour (bleached white flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron (reduced), thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, vanilla powder (dextrose and vanilla beans), baking soda, sea salt.
