One of our newest products. Great for baking with your kids, and there's nothing like fresh homemade cookies!!!!!!
You will need: 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter and one egg. Optional: Add 2/3 cup chocolate chips, raisins, or coconut flakes.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With an electric mixer, whip softened butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Gradually add contents of package. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop batter by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Makes 32 cookies.
