Our newest beer bread mix is so easy to make! Simply add a 12 oz. can of beer to the mix and stir until blended. It bakes into a dense, rich, flavorful bread that is the perfect accompaniment to our savory dips and olive oil blends.
Note: You can substitute ginger ale, club soda, or lemon-lime soda for the beer. (Bread will be slightly sweeter.)
Ingredients: Flour (bleached white flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron (reduced), thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cheddar cheese powder (maltodextrin, whey, cheddar cheese [milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes}, sunflower oil, salt, sodium phosphate, blue cheese {milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes}), sugar, garlic, onion, and spices. Contains less than 2% of: citric acid, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Lactic acid. Contains milk.
