Delicious lemon sugar cookie - great for holidays or any occasion. These cookies have a fresh tart lemon flavor. (Does not include the jar. It will come packaged in a bag. Jars are only available in limited quantities at events.)
You will need: 2 sticks (1 cup) butter and one egg.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With an electric mixer, whip softened butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Gradually add contents of package. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop batter by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Do not overbake. Makes 40 cookies.
Ingredients: Flour (bleached white flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron (reduced), thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, molasses, gelatin, cornstarch, citric acid, crystallized lemon (citric acid. lemon oil, lemon juice), vanilla powder (dextrose and vanilla beans), baking soda, sea salt, adipic acid (for tartness), fumaric acid (for tartness), natural and artificial flavor, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6.
