How to Use:
Jalapeno Poppers: Mix into cream cheese for an extra kick in your poppers!
Classic Dip: Blend with 8 oz mayonnaise and 8 oz sour cream. Or try 16 oz sour cream or plain yogurt. Chef Jan's favorite: 4 oz (1/2 cup) mayo + 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) sour cream. Start with less mix and add to taste!
Cracker Spread: Combine with 8 oz cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Enjoy warm (microwave 2 minutes) or chilled.
Cheeseball: Blend with 16 oz cream cheese, 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar, and 2 chopped green onions. Optional: add crumbled bacon and roll in 2/3 cup chopped pecans!
