This is one of our newest dip flavors, and quickly becoming on of our favorites for its versatility. In addition to dip, you can make salsa, guacamole, or avocado dip.
Salsa: Mix package with 1 (15 oz.) can petite-diced tomatoes
Guacamole: Stir 1/4 cup hot water into mix. Mash 2 peeled, pitted avocados into rehydrated mix. Chill 1 hour.
Avocado Dip: Stir together 1 cup of sour cream and dip mix. Mash 1 peeled, pitted avocado into mixture. Chill 1 hour.
Prepare a delectable dip by blending the mix with 8 oz. (1cup) of mayonnaise and 8 oz. (1 cup) of sour cream. You can also try using 16 oz. (2 cups) of sour cream, plain yogurt, or hummus. For my personal preference, I love using 4oz. (1/2 cup) of Mayonnaise and 12 oz. (1 1/2 cups) of sour cream.
Create a delightful cracker spread by combining the mix with an 8 oz. block of cream cheese and 1/4 cup of milk. Savor it warm (microwave for 2 minutes) or chilled, whichever suits your taste.
